Please join us for our Winter Performance

All Casa, Elementary and Junior High students will perform, so please send them to school dressed in their performance clothes. They will be bused to the church for a rehearsal and will stay at the church for the 4:30 pm performance.

Please note the bus times for your child’s class:

  • 12:00 pm Junior High students leave the school
  • 12:45 pm Upper Elementary students leave the school
  • 1:45pm Lower Elementary students leave the school
  • 2:30 pm Oxford/Waterloo Casa students leave the school
  • 2:45 pm Westmount Casa students leave the school

Junior High students should pack a bag lunch that day. Elementary children will have normal lunch routines, but please send an extra snack to take to the church. Casa children will have their hot lunch, per usual, and the teachers will pack snacks to take to the church.

Doors open at 4:15 pm for the 4:30 pm performance. We expect to wrap things up by 6:00 pm.

If you are unable to join us, please note it on the RSVP form on the facing page, and arrange to pick up your child either:

  1. At school before the buses leave, or
  2. After the performance concludes at the church at 6:00 pm.

NOTE: Full-day and part-day Toddler students will not perform, and will remain at school that day. Toddlers will host their traditional Family Sing-Alongs later in December.

 There are no Extended Hours this day, except for Toddlers to serve families who are not attending the performance. Families whose children are performing that day are invited to pick up Toddler siblings early so the entire family can attend.
