Attend an Information Session & Tour
As part of the application process, we invite you to attend an Information Session and School Tour. Visit our Information Sessions page for more details. Please note: Planning a year ahead to apply to our school is recommended as many of our programs reach capacity. For our toddler programs, students need to be 18 months or turning 18 months in the month they begin. All of our programs follow the school calendar year and therefore students begin their programs in September. January starts are limited and based on classroom capacity.

Apply Online
To apply, follow this link to our Online Application. Please contact Montessori Academy prior to submitting an application if there are any special requirements or circumstances regarding your application so we are able to discuss with you.
If you are a New User, you will need to create an account for our MA Parent Portal to login and access the application. There is a $125 non-refundable fee to apply. Applications are accepted all year round, and offers of admission for the upcoming school year are provided in March. We recommend that interested families apply for admissions one year ahead of when you want your child enroled to ensure there is space available and to facilitate payment options.

Come for a Student Visit – Elementary levels only
If your child is applying at the elementary level (age 6 – 14 years) and applicable space is available, the Academic Director will be in touch to arrange a classroom visit for your child and schedule a further parent meeting.
-
Complete the Offer of Admission – new students
Offers of Admission for new students are provided in March through the MA Parent Portal. New admissions are based on availability of space in each program. When classrooms reach the maximum number of students/children, any new applications are placed in our wait pool, and families are notified when a space becomes available. Applications in the wait pool expire after one year. When siblings are considered for admission, the school will give precedence to families that have allowed their older children to complete the entire Casa program (3 years) over those who have not. MA will evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis, with the needs and composition of the classrooms determining MA’s admissions decisions.
