Camp Discovery info; and lots of photos

Dear MA Families & Friends,

Happy Montessori Week!

Throughout the school our students are celebrating the life and work of Dr. Maria Montessori.

MA and other CCMA schools will be sharing Montessori stories from different levels of the program through social media. Share your love of Montessori by liking and sharing these #MontessoriWeek posts as you see them.

Screening: Inside Montessori: Education Has a Future

Speaking of celebrating Montessori, join us for a screening of this new documentary in early April!

  • WHEN: Thursday, April 4 from 4:00-5:15PM
  • WHERE: Junior High (742 Waterloo Street)
  • RSVP DEADLINE: Monday, April 1

What should the purpose of education be? Inside Montessori: Education Has a Future shines a light on five Montessori schools throughout the United States to demonstrate how they inspire learners and teachers. These powerful stories of success for children from birth to high school illustrate why so many parents, children, and educators have embraced the Montessori approach to learning.

RSVP here  to attend the screening of this new documentary film that reframes the national education conversation toward creating learning environments that allow all children to achieve their full potential. To view the film trailer, visit www.insidemontessori.org.

Note: Extended Hours care will be available at no charge while you attend this screening. Please indicate on the RSVP form if your child(ren) will require this service so we can adequately staff this program.
