We did it — together!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the Blaze the Trail campaign has officially reached (and surpassed!) our $60,000 goal to revamp our gym space. This is a milestone moment for Montessori Academy of London, and it simply would not have been possible without you.
For more than 30 years, our students — from Casa to Junior High — have filled the gym at Colborne Street United Church with energy, laughter, teamwork, and school spirit. Now, because of your support, that beloved space is getting the upgrade it truly deserves.

What This Means for Our Students
Because of you, we will be able to:
- Install a brand-new gym floor
- Add protective wall padding to enhance student safety
- Create a refreshed, welcoming space for physical education and community events
This upgraded gym will support not only today’s students, but generations of Trailblazers to come.
A Community Effort
This project is part of our ongoing partnership with Colborne Street United Church, where we continue working together to build a shared community hub. While Montessori Academy is funding the new gym floor, the church is investing in additional improvements — making this a truly collaborative effort.
We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Walter J. Blackburn Foundation for enhancing the safety of our gym by generously funding the installation of protective wall padding. Their support helps ensure a safer and more inclusive environment for all students and the community.
