2021-2022 Re-enrolment is now open
Dear Montessori Academy Families,
Online Re-Enrolment for the 2021-2022 School Year is now open! We invite you to complete the steps outlined below prior to the deadline of Friday, February 12, 2021 to secure your child’s place for the upcoming school year. There has been a lot of interest in many of our programs, and following the re-enrolment of our current families, Offers of Admission will be provided to new families wishing to enroll at MA. Therefore, we encourage you to complete the re-enrolment process promptly, as we cannot guarantee placement after the deadline has passed.
Please follow the instructions below to begin Re-Enrolment for the 2021-2022 School Year.
Login to the MA Parent Portal
If you do not remember your username and/or password, please select “Forgot login or first time logging in?” and follow the instructions to receive your credentials.
Complete two Online Forms
There are two online forms that must be completed for each child:
- Confirmation of Re-Enrolment Form
- Code of Ethics Affirmation Form
Click the yellow notification bar across the top of your screen to access the “Files & Forms” page. Click the “Review” button beside any of the listed forms to start the re-enrolment process. An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent following the completion of each form.
A note regarding the new ‘Tuition Summary’ feature
Within the Tuition & Payment Options section of the Confirmation of Re-Enrolment Form (Online Form #1), a “Tuition Summary” will display for each student. Please note that this summary does not yet include any applicable discounts on tuition (payment plan discount, sibling discount, etc.) or optional fees (i.e. extended hours). Applicable discounts for tuition will be applied to each students’ account following the closure of re-enrolment. Thank you for your patience, as this is a manual process.
Coming Soon: Billing Management
In March 2021, a Billing Management feature will be released to current families within the MA Parent Portal. This feature will allow parents to download statements, and review the payment plan and tuition balance associated with each child in the family. Further details, including changes to your login credentials will be provided in March. ACTION REQUIRED: To ensure that you are able to receive details regarding this new feature, please take a moment to review the e-mail address on file for each adult in your household. Changes to your contact information can be made in the MA Parent Portal by selecting your name in the top right corner of your screen and clicking “Profile”.
A non-refundable enrolment deposit ($1,285) is required for each student. The deposit may be paid by credit card within the Confirmation of Re-Enrolment form. Or, payment is accepted by debit, cheque, or bank draft at the Montessori Academy of London Main Office. Amounts listed under each Payment Plan on the Tuition Fee Schedule are the tuition amounts, less the $1,285 enrolment deposit.
Balance of Tuition
Post-dated cheques for the balance of tuition must be submitted to the Montessori Academy of London Main Office by Friday, February 12. Payment Plan C requires the completion of a direct debit authorization form and a void cheque.
If you are unable to continue with MA in September 2021, kindly complete the Confirmation of Re-Enrolment Form and indicate that your child will not be returning; we’d appreciate an understanding of what led to your decision.
