Montessori Buzz – April 30, 2024

Dear MA Families & Friends,

Art Expo is May 15

Join us for an MA-zing night of creativity and community! Art Expo 2024 is Wednesday, May 15 at Brescia’s Mercato Room between 6-8 p.m. The exhibit will feature the artwork and creation of students in Senior Casa through Junior High!

Thank you, Gold Sponsor MS2!

The Art Expo is only possible thanks to the help of our sponsors.  Thank you, MS2 Productions, for being a Gold Sponsor of this year’s Art Expo! We could not do it without you!

Our Artisan Market is May 31!

We’re about one month away from our Artisan Market! Join us on Friday, May 31, at the Colborne St. United Church Gym. We’re opening the market at 3 p.m. that day so parents can pop by before dismissal. Then, bring your children to the market after school to check out over 25 incredible vendors. We’ll have popcorn and drinks for sale by Junior High students, food vendors, plus glitter tattoos, and so much more. The Junior High Micro-economy will also have a table. We kindly suggest that you bring some cash as not all vendors will take credit, debit or e-transfers. There is a suggested $2 donation at the door.

Used book sale: Too many books? We’ll take ‘em!

We’re still accepting used book donations at our locations – adult, YA and children’s books will be gratefully received. Proceeds from the used book sale at the Artisan Market will support our annual fundraising campaign.
