FYI: One more Buzz next week
Friday is the last day of school, but with so much going on this week around the school, we will share one final Buzz next Tuesday before we pause for summer. Watch for your August Info Buzz and notification in the MA Parent App shortly after the Civic Holiday in August.
FYI: Summer office hours
Summer office hours start Monday, June 30; the office will be open Monday-Friday 8:15am-12pm. The office will be closed the week of July 7-10, as well as on July 1 and Aug. 5 for the Canada Day and Civic holidays.

Board year-end message coming Thursday!
Watch for a message from Board President Andrea Dean on Thursday, under Notices in the MA Parent App. She shares some highlights of the board’s MA-zing work this school year.
Moving up? Subscribe to your new classroom in the MA Parent App!
A friendly reminder to families moving up a level to subscribe to your new classrooms. If you’re not sure which classroom your child is transitioning into, please refer to the Class Placement email that was sent at the end of May.
Important information about the new school year will be sent in early August via the MA Parent App. We want to make sure that you receive all the information you need for a smooth start to the school year!

Year 3 parents: Ukulele order form due tomorrow
Parents with children moving up to Year 4 – please ensure you complete the ukulele order form as soon as possible. The link to the Google Form appears in the MA Parent app under Notices.
Last call: Gym Wear orders for 2025-2026
For students in Elementary and Junior High, please download and complete the order form under Notices in the MA Parent App and return it to Tameka at tbrown@montessori.on.ca on or before June 20.
Payment: we now accept cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, or etransfer to payments@montessori.on.ca (note Gym Wear and students’ names in the memo).
Tameka will have samples in the office until today, so if you need to see sizes, please come to the front desk. Otherwise, you can select your child/ren’s sizes on the 2025-2026 Gym Wear Order Form (PDF).

Annual Campaign update: We need your help to reach our goal!

We are only at 70% of our fundraising goal, and we need your support to reach 100% by June 30! Your donation will directly benefit our students and enhance each child’s educational experience.
Donations help in so many ways, including updating our learning environments, purchasing special materials, and providing enhanced training to our faculty.
