Admissions update
Toddlers and Casa spaces available for September
You’ve had the chance to spend time in your child’s classroom and connect with other families at our many socials — experiencing the magic of Montessori and the warmth of our school community. What if you could share that magic with friends? We have a few spaces for children born in 2023, 2024, and January–March 2025. If you know families who might be curious about Montessori education and becoming part of our MA‑zing school, we’d love for you to spread the word and invite them to book a tour with our Admissions Coordinator Sara Heald in the office: sheald@montessori.on.ca.

Photos from the week
Toddlers car wash
Focus, concentration, and shiny cars! Our Westmount Toddlers took advantage of the sunny weather last week to do some cleaning outdoors.

Casa 1 practising polishing
One of the primary goals of The Practical Life area is to foster independence. It really does answer the child’s request to, “Help me do it by myself.” However, another incredible outcome of developing Practical Life skills such as scrubbing tables and chairs, flower arranging, sweeping, window washing, and polishing is building a sense of belonging to the classroom community and building a deep sense of generosity and caring for others. This child is polishing one of his friend’s shoes.

Waterloo Casa Class Visits
We wrapped up our Parent-Child Class visits last week. It is a favourite part of our school year. We just love when our parents stop by to see all the exciting things our students have been up to.
